The Coastal Castle is a large 3000 sq. ft family-friendly home located in the Town of Castle Hayne just outside of Wilmington. Our home is only 12 miles to Wrightsville Beach and 9 miles to Historic Downtown. This stay is focused on bringing together groups through a quality space, good conversation, and all that Wilmington has to offer. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is more than enough room for everyone, brand new appliances, every room was designed to make your stay amazing and peaceful!

The Space:
BEDROOMS
This home has 5 bedrooms in a split floor plan and can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably.
Bedroom 1 - Indulge in the spacious luxury of the primary bedroom, featuring a King bed. The modern design blends comfort and style seamlessly, offering a serene retreat that invites relaxation with a smart television (upper level)
Bedroom 2 - This modern bedroom boasts 1 Queen bed, creating a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. Sleek furnishings and elegant decor make it a cozy yet stylish haven.
Bedroom 3 - This bedroom features 1 Queen Bed. This bedroom exudes chic elegance. Natural light and modern decor create a welcoming oasis for guests or family members.
Bedroom 4 - With a Full over Full Bunk Bed and contemporary design elements, this bedroom exudes chic elegance. The efficient use of space and stylish design make it a cozy space for rest and play.
Bedroom 5 - A Bunk Bed Set up with 2 Twins allows for plenty of space for connection and late nights.



BATHROOMS
You'll find 2.5 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You'll find 1 walk-in shower and 1 shower tub combo.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances with everything you will need to cook magnificent dinners.


The dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal with your group and guests. The indoor dining table has enough chairs for 10 guests! The room flows effortlessly into the spacious lounge, with big windows to let in a lot of light. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party, or just want to take things easy, this open concept living room gives you all the space you need. There is also a bistro table in the kitchen with 4 seats.


OUTSIDE SPACE
The house has a patio deck overlooking the backyard with our pool, outdoor chairs, fire pit with seating, and games. Jump in the water and enjoy the famous NC weather!

Guest Access:
You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

Three days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay.

Extremely friendly and quiet

Getting Around:
Can fit several cars in the driveway and within walking distance of the local park. Great location with short travel to Wrightsville Beach, historic downtown Wilmington, and Carolina Beach! Wilmington airport is less than 7 miles away!

Other Things to Note:
This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. Parties will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step on to the back patio and enjoy.

We do have a one time pet fee of $125 if you choose to bring your pets :)
