"The house is very beautiful and cozy. It has a wonderful rustic charm. The outdoor space is lovely. There is a patio with table and chairs and a small yard. And there is a small balcony on the second floor with a stunning view. The host and property manager were very helpful and quick to respond! ..."

Disgusting dirty bath, hotel did nothing to clean
"After a days skiing my husband ran a bath, got in and pressed the button for bubbles. Lumps of black scum poured out - he leapt out. told reception who said someone would come. left water in bath to show them. day 2. Nice cleaner emptied bath, husband ran bath in evening. more lumps of black scum. ..."
