"We had a lovely stay with family. there were six of us staying and the property was spacious. The three main bedrooms had ceiling fans which helped on hot nights. The children enjoyed the pool, however the pool was deep for them and we had to purchase some inflatables for them to get the most out of swimming as they were unable to touch the bottom. Situated in beautiful countryside with lots of attractions nearby. We were overwhelmed by the effort our hosts made for us and felt like old friends by the time we left. Parfaitement équipée - il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut - très bien tenue, elle est vraiment originale dans la mesure où il s'agit d'un ancien café rénové. Tout est grand : les chambres, les salles de bains (l'une particulièrement !), la salle à manger avec une table où l'on peut manger à 20 au moins (!), le salon ... nous étions une famille de 10 personnes et tout le monde a trouvé sa lpace !!! "Nous avons partagé une très joyeuse semaine au château de Moncla entre amis. Les enfants ont adoré profiter de la grande piscine mais également de l’ambiance chevaleresque du château. Les grands se sont régalés avec le terrain de tennis, ombragé une grande partie de la journée, avec la table de ping pong, la grande cuisine, le piano et la fraîcheur du château durant les fortes chaleurs. The house however requires reconstruction, especially bathrooms (only one of three is OK to use) and kitchen (very small and difficult to manage cooking for 8 people). There are only 8 proper beds, not 14 as mentioned in the ad. In neighborhood are very noisy dogs, day and night."
