"During the afternoon, when I come back from the city I saw a two grups of poeple making check in. I went to my room and I close with security. While I was there there were some people trying to open my room, I go and open the door and said there is some one I think you were wrong with your room number, but they have the same room number as me, but they key doesn't work. "Absolutely beautiful building. We enjoyed the ambience and swing-jazz music playing softly in the glass-ceilinged courtyard. We appreciated having two armchairs and a coffee table. It is a shame that the housekeeping team were unable to remove or mask the unpleasant smell in our room. It seemed to come from the basin in the bathroom but permeated into the bedroom. "

"Buffet breakfast great , staff so friendly and helpful , very clean . Parking a pain but staff as helpful as possible with suitcases and suggestions. Bed and linens comfy . Nice view and so close to cathedral and museum of evolution and promenade. Fruit stand close ! Staff had infused h20 and fruit in the lobby that was nice when we arrived . "

"Seemed slightly less well cared for than last year. No toilet paper holder in the bathroom, so had to keep the paper on the floor next to the toilet. Toilet attachment to wall was loose, so the bowl wobbled a bit. Shelves in the bedroom were improperly installed and not level, so couldn’t fully use them. "Javiar was a most gracious host. We hope to visit again...and bring more family! The house was perfect with plenty of room for a large number of family and friends. The dinning table would easily seat 18 comfortably. More if you got cozy. "

"The property manager was super responsive via text and even got us into our room early after a tour was moved to later in the day. Our room was gorgeous and luxurious! It’s located in the heart of downtown. You park on the street but the boat pays for it. We were left a beautiful bottle of wine upon arrival and given a gorgeous full breakfast delivered to our room the next day! Wow! I wish all stays were this indulgent! "
