A lot of thought had definitely been given to making sure guests were comfortable and taken care of. The bathroom was very modern, attractive and the shower was amazing. "Very nice lady operating it, and place is cool, but unfortunately whole experience was destroyed by nobody on site at arrival, could not reach through phone written next to door for 15 minutes, the phone number in confirmation email was wrong, someone else answered. One I reached someone they said “one minute” but still took 15 to arrive. I got late for a dinner reservation due to this. Once my money is taken I would expect a key ready on arrival, at least at 6pm in the evening, otherwise it is...

"A nice little inn , but in sort of a remote town with out much charm. Our room over looked the garage and a farm next door, so we heard chickens and roosters. The only negative with the room was the local dogs all bark at 2:00 am; I assume there were deer going through the area, but once one dog started, they all chimed in. "Spacious 2 bedroom apartments with full kitchen. Laundry in the unit. It's convenient to a few restaurants within 2 min walk, and a nice wine shop with knowledgeable staff. We walked with 10-12 min to city center for shopping and dining."

"This is a lovely boutique hotel located La Morra, a convenient spot in the Barolo region to visit wineries and the surrounding towns. We went during the off season so it was rather quiet but we preferred that as there was an outdoor patio right outside our room which added to the ambiance of the hotel. Their breakfast room is in a lovely space and the food was delicious with a lot of options. The staff at this hotel were amazing and made our stay even better. They helped us book appointments for our next destination which we greatly appreciated. We will definitely stay here again if we are in that region. "
