"We were never made aware of the amenities upon check in. And there was no reading material available for review of such. Therefore it was difficult to navigate the restaurant availability. Also, too much smoking on the resort. "

My husband and I were both suffering from bronchitis, and I also have asthma, so we went to the on-site clinic. The nurse called in a doctor because of my additional condition, who arrived in less than two hours. He was thorough and prescribed treatments for both of us. "For sure not a 4 stars hotel. Confused and unprofessional staff and promised services not available for the most. Restaurant inside hotel very poor, breakfast good for a two stars hotels. Air conditioning impossible to stop from the room. Baby club only few hours for day and very questionable. "

"It was a delightful pair of days. The staff and service is superb, I strongly recommend if you want to have beautiful days in an almost private beach in a park with excellent food. I recommend to dinne early to enjoy the sunset. Only suggestion is to increase the number of wine options from Tuscany in the wine list and to introduce a good vermouth. The drinks are great. Again congratulations to the staff!"

"Very nice and clean hotel on the beach, staff was fantastic, Thank You Erika and Francesco, they booked dinner reservations for us, gave info on where to go, got us discounts for the beach umbrella and chairs. Excellent breakfast, nice variety, excellent coffee. Very good internet connection. Large bathroom ( a bonus in Europe). We will come back!!!"

"Unterkunft, Personal, Umgebung gut bis sehr gut. haben das Hotel bereits gekannt und ist immer noch eine sehr gute Adresse in der Toscana. Sehr schlecht sind die Leistungen von Expedia!! Das Angebot auf Expedia ist bedeutend tiefer als der Preis, den wir schlussendlich bezahlen mussten. Ich hoffe das Expedia diesen Fehler korrigiert zB. in Form einer Rückvergütung. "The apartment was fine, and the hostess was lovely and helpful, but the apartment was quite small and the kitchenette was located in a hallway and so very cramped. The decor was also very... brown and generally drab, although the beds were comfy and large. Overall would definitely not the apartment recommend for kids"

"The caravan was cosy but functional, especially with the eating area outside. The air conditioning was really appreciated for sleeping, and the windows had mosquito nets on. We took our own mosquito net and used it outside, around the table, to avoid being bitten in the evenings. Camp site services were excellent - shop, restaurant, ice cream kiosk and bike rental."

"Het verblijf in Punta ala was super. Omringd door de zee en bos en heerlijk rustig. Luigi onze conciërge was een hele zorgzame man, die alle tijd neemt en alles voor je wilt uitzoeken, om je verblijf zo leuk mogelijk te maken. De villa was heel mooi en warm en alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Als iemand een leuke vakantie wilt is dit zeker een aanrader. "
