Raggio di Sole Suite is a modern apartment with air conditioning and Internet Wifi, set on one single level on the ground floor of a building in the seaside resort of Castiglione della Pescaia, just 50 meters from the beach.
Recently renovated, the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, and consists of a bright open-space living area with sofa, dining table for 6 people, tv and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with: oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee machine.
The sleeping area is made up of 2 bedrooms: a quadruple room (with a double bed and bunk beds) and a double room (with ensuite bathroom with shower). Then you will find a bathroom with shower.
Raggio di Sole Suite also boasts a small private garden with lawn, table, chairs and parasols, ideal for relaxing after a day at the seaside.
Access to the apartment is through the private gate in the garden.
Lastly at guests disposal a private parking for 2 cars. You can still park your car for free along the street.
Pets are not allowed.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); final cleaning; Internet Wifi.

Excluded from the price: Heating according to consumption during winter months. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
