The holiday house Villa il Cedro is situated in a panoramic position with view on the Trasimeno Lake and the mountains up to Cortona, and the villages of Castiglione del Lago 12 km, Montepulciano 15 km, e Cortona 18 km which offer events and festivals during all the years are reachable with an easy drive. Wide, shadowed garden and pool, village at walking distance. All around the villa a wide, fenced park full of mature pine, beech, cypresses and an ancient cedar and where we find a barbecue, a table tennis, a swing for children. And a beautiful swimming pool (size 6 x 12 m. - depth m. 1,60 - aperta dal 01 Maggio al 30 Settembre) equipped with loungers, sun beds and sun umbrellas. The nearby road gives easy access to Petrignano del Lago, reachable also on foot, endowed with restaurants, bars and small shops for basic food. The house is simply furnished but equipped with all comfort to guarantee a delightful holiday.
GROUND FLOOR: the house is made up of two connected units. From the front entrance there is a sitting room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. Large sitting/dining room with kitchenette facing the large terrace equipped with table and chairs to eat outside, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. EQUIPMENT: dishwasher, washing machine, Satellite TV, oven, iron, freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster, fly-screens, swing, table tennis, bowling green, air conditioning in the sitting room, Wi-Fi Internet access.
