Consisting of two separate apartments, this house welcomes you in the midst of the lush Umbrian countryside. The house is sparsely but cosily furnished with modern amenities. Cook together in the kitchen and spend quality time by the pool, which promises pure wellness and water fun. Relax on a sun lounger with a cocktail in your hand while your children splash around in the pool. Long summer evenings with a delicious barbecue and good company await you here. From the balcony you have a beautiful view over the countryside. The gardens of the two apartments are connected by a gate.

The house is located a relatively short distance from Lake Trasimeno. Visit charming, medieval villages with fascinating churches, full-bodied wines, delicious food and sumptuous views. You can also stroll through the medieval city of Perugia with its steep, winding streets and irresistible, famous chocolate. The green, hilly landscape with vineyards promises unforgettable hiking tours and short breaks in the shade of the pine trees as well as wine tastings. For golf lovers, there is the Lamborghini Golf Club.
