Ground floor apartment comprising kitchen, living room, bathroom (with hand shower instead of bidet) and bedroom with double bed. Independent entrance. In the structure it is the most "modern", both for furnishings and for renovation.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking (pots, utensils, lids, etc.) and for eating (plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.).
In the bedroom there is a double bed and a small sofa (not a sofa bed). In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and a wood burning fireplace. The wood is available to guests and is located outside the structure.
The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning because, given the thickness of the walls, it is not necessary. The apartment is naturally cool. Looking out the windows you can see the forest. The bedroom window overlooks the part of the structure where in the past there was a wood-burning oven (still existing but not usable).
In the evening the external lighting is switched on automatically.
Outside the structure there is a charcoal barbecue (available to guests) and a brazier. Also outside the structure there are tables (also indoors), chairs and benches.
Deck chairs are also available for guests to read a book, sunbathe or simply relax.
The structure is entirely surrounded by greenery, fields and woods, where it is possible to take pleasant walks. A large garden surrounds the structure. From the agritourism it is easy to reach, on foot or by bike, the Ermicciolo park where you can admire the Vivo springs and the Eremo del Vivo.
There are many routes, both marked and unmarked, the ideal place for those who love being in the midst of nature, walking and cycling.
To reach the structure it is necessary to travel a short stretch of dirt road that can be easily traveled by any type of vehicle.
n.b.: for hygienic reasons we do not supply condiments (oil, salt, etc.) or coffee and tea

Nb: the services that the apartment provides are well described. In particular, I would like to underline that there is a moka and there is no coffee machine with pods. The apartment is rustic. It is a rustic farmhouse.

Nb: as the structure is located in the open countryside, it is possible the presence of mosquitoes or other insects as well as butterflies (even nocturnal), birds and squirrels.

N.b.: the wood-burning fireplace inside the apartment cannot be used for burning waste (there is a rubbish bin inside the apartment and there are bins for separate collection outside) or for cooking (outside there is 'is a charcoal barbecue and a fire pit).

N.b.: the stretch of road to reach the structure, whose entrance is along the sp. 65 is excavated and therefore not paved.


Nb: the free internet connection is with the Eolo dish (the fiber does not reach the area) so it is not a super fast connection. Sometimes, the connection may not cover the entire apartment due to the thick walls of the structure

To be paid locally the tourist tax (1 euro per day per person)
