"la casa è bella ed acco...
"la casa è bella ed accogliente posta in una contrada tranquilla e molto caratteristica.Bellissimo il terrazzo con vista montagne dov''è magnifico sorseggiare il caffè la mattina quando l''aria è ancora fresca.Grazioso anche il giardino!La proprietaria è molto cordiale e disponibile per ogni necessità,per nulla invadente!per noi,due genitori e 3 bimbi,è stata una vacanza bellissima e chissà ,da ripetere."

Very comfortable large place in the middle of olive groves
Good for up to 8 people, 2 large double rooms, 1 4-bed room with 2 bunk beds. Nice interior and furniture. Most important the large terrace with roof ideal for any weather and with view to the Majella on one side and hills belonging to the Gran Sasso on the other side. Kitchen and baths with all comfort. The location is good to reach any hiking trail in Majella or Gran Sasso within 30-60 minutes by car. Nice beaches (Pineto) are 40 minutes by car away. The closer surrounding is a little lost by the close highway from Rome to Pescara. The next village is Torre di Passeri 10 min by car with several options for shopping.

Accogliente e spaziosa
Il nostro soggiorno da Mariella è stato piacevolissimo: è un'ospite disponibile, chiara e cordiale. La casa è accogliente (il terrazzo è spettacolare), pulita e assolutamente spaziosa. E' sicuramente un posto dove intendo ritornare.

un picevole soggiorno
Siamo venuti a conoscenza della casa di Mariella grazie ad altri amici che vi avevano soggiornato consigliandola caldamente. La casa è piuttosto grande su 2 piani noi eravamo 2 famiglie con 2 figli ciascuno quindi in 8 e ci siamo stati piuttosto comodamente. Ci sono 3 camere una matrimoniale molto grande un'altra matrimoniale più piccola e una stanza con 2 letti a castello piuttosto piccolina. C'è solo un armadio (con alcune ante chiuse a chiave) nella camera grande e uno molto piccolo nell'altra matrimoniale che, ad onor del vero, non sono sufficienti per accogliere gli indumenti di 8 persone. I 2 bagni, uno di servizio al piano terra con lavandino e wc l'altro superiormente con doccia e vasca, sono utilissimi se si è numerosi. Il salotto è grande e la cucina ha lavastoviglie, microonde c'è anche la lavatrice. La terrazza si fa molto apprezzare è grande e confortevole noi abbiamo mangiato esclusivamente lì. C'è anche un giardino per chi ha animali o per momenti di relax. La casa si trova un po' fuori dal paese di Castiglione a Casauria in un borghetto di case piuttosto isolato e ci vuole l'auto per raggiungere il paese quindi a chi piace uscire a far due passi la sera non siete affatto in centro. Per chi ama le vacanze stazionarie quindi i dintorni e il paese non offrono molto ma se vi piace muovervi come noi la casa vi mette in condizione di visitare i luoghi più belli d'abruzzo sia verso il Gran Sasso che verso la Majella senza problemi e volendo in 45 minuti potete raggiungere anche il mare. La signora Mariella è gentilissima e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa veramente una persona squisita che non mancherà di rispondere alle vostre necessità.

La casa corrisponde esatamente alla descrizione proposta.
Abruzzo per la prima volta e che bella sorpresa la casa di Mariella e Antonio. La casa e piacevole con tutto il confort e una terrazza coperta che ci permette di rilasarsi alla fine della giornata dopo le passegiatte in montagna o al mare. La situazione della casa permette di scoprire l’Abruzzo sia al mare , Parco della Maiella , Parco del Gran Sasso , Parco Nazionale…. Cosi abbiamo potuto vedere delle cose meravigliose come borghi pittoreschi ( Pacentro , Roccacaramanico…) , eremi ( Santo Spirito……) , montagne ( passo San Leonardo , campo Imperatore, golle del Sagittario…) , il mare ( trabocchi….) Da tutti le parte abbiamo gustato le differente specialita culinari ( che buona cucina) Ma sopratutto siamo stati accolti con tanta gentillezza , attenzione , disponibilita , consgli dalla parte di Mariella e Antonio ; e questo sentimento lo abbiamo risentito da tutte le parte dove siamo andati a visitare. Perfect house in a lovely Abruzzo village
We were the first time in Abruzzo and wanted to stay somewhere remote but still central for visiting various interesting places. For this the location was perfect: By car you reach several national parks within 1 hour drive, nearly all places of Abruzzo within 2 hours. The Adriatic Sea is even closer. The house is very spatious and well equipped. It is located in a nice setting. The motorway may be heard from a distance, but this is not disturbing because the wind caused more noise most of the time (which we enjoyed). The garden is nice and remote, and the adjacent neighbors are very friendly and helpful, specially in emergencies. This is not a touristic place at all, but true Italia, and this was what we were looking for.

Un' esperienza da ripetere
Abbiamo trascorso una settimana davvero splendida nell'accogliente casa di Mariella che non finiremo mai di ringraziare per la sua ospitalità, cordialità, simpatia e disponibilità. La casa è situata in un luogo tranquillo e rilassante, è comoda da raggiungere ed è perfetta come base per visitare l'Abruzzo dalla montagna al mare ed ai siti storici-culturali. La casa è spaziosa e ben organizzata, la terrazza è molto suggestiva e perfetta sia per mangiare che per rilassarsi godendo del magnifico panorama. Perfetto anche il giardino non solo per noi ma anche per i nostri amici a 4 zampe, noi ne abbiamo ben 3 di taglia medio/grande ed hanno molto gradito. Ringraziamo ancora Mariella per averci accolto senza problemi con i nostri cani ed averci dato la possibilità di visitare una regione incantevole che non conoscevamo e che ci ha molto colpiti. Ringraziamo anche Emma per la succulenta cena c/o la Trattoria Antichi Sapori (San Valentino). A presto Silvia, Monica, Luca, Luna, Rocky e Audrey

ottima posizione e accoglienzap
Siamo tornati in questa bella e grande casa accogliente, che ha anche una meravigliosa terrazza, situata in zona tranquilla, con possibilità anche di passeggiare nei dintorni e servita di tutti i comfort necessari. Fra mare e montagna in poco tempo si possono raggiungere anche luoghi meravigliosi, e monumenti storici. L'accoglienza e la cortesia della proprietaria, sempre disponibile a venirci incontro, è davvero eccellente. La consigliamo per chi vuole soggiornare in un contesto tranquillo, noi siamo stati benissimo anche se, solo per noi due era persino troppo grande :-) ma gli spazi permettono di vivere la casa anche in libertà e per una famiglia o gruppo di amici è ideale!

excellente
propriétaire très sympa, accueillis avec quelques produits de sa composition ( tomates, huile d'olive etc ) hébergement soigné dans un cadre champêtre magnifique ( superbe jardin ), à recommander à tous qui veulent passer un séjour dans cette région entre mer et montagne . Divers sites à visiter dans un rayon restreint . Les voisins sont sympas et de bonne communication .

Séjour agréable dans une ...
Séjour agréable dans une maison ancienne toute rénovée dans un hameau. L'endroit était tranquille. Nous avons été accueillis par Mariella qui avait préparé des petites choses pour notre arrivée, il y avait du pain frais, des légumes du jardin, ce qui évite de resortir pour faire les courses après quelques heures de route. Petit geste très attentionné de sa part. Il y avait tout à l'intérieur, du lave-vaisselle à la douche, avec une rénovation soignée. A une demi-heure de route de la plage s'était idéal. Egalement à visiter, les parcs nationaux (Majiella et Gran Sasso).

"Wij zijn met een gezin met 2 kinderen(3 & 4) een week in oktober naar dit huis geweest. Het huis ligt in een prachtige omgeving tussen twee nationale parken in. Beiden zeer de moeite waard. Het huis is ruim en netjes en alles is aanwezig. De kinderen hebben heerlijk gespeeld in de grote tuin met uitzicht op de bergen. De eigenaresse is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. In het huis was voldoende documentatie aanwezig over de omgeving."

"La casa è posta in una contrada abitata ma molto tranquilla in cui si respira l''aria di campagna. La casa è confortevole e spaziosa, bello il terrazzo con la vista sulle montagne dove poter sedersi intorno ad un bel tavolo e consumare i pasti. Comodo anche il giardino sottostante nell''eventualità di avere un cane con voi. La proprietaria è gentilissima e molto pronta a fornire notizie sul territorio."
