"Mark was super friendly and available to give us an initial tour of the property and to answer questions about activities, grocery store, etc. We love the little town and it's residents who all know Mark. The views from the property are breath-taking and day trips to adjacent areas convenient. The price to rent the property was outstanding. Parking was available but not close. We drove a Jeep Compass, which made it difficult to navigate the narrow, curvy road - rent the smallest car possible for...

Wonderful Villa in a charming area of Abruzzo

"What a beautiful place to end our travels in Italy. The region of Abruzzo is stunning and the villa is well appointment and ideal for a large group to spread out. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals indoors or a La fresco in the lovely gardens. We visited during Pasquetta and were so well taken care of by Silviu and his wife who own a little cafe and pizzeria in town, the pizza was some of the best we had. There is so much to see in the neighboring towns and we highly recommend the hike to see the Cascada di San Giovanni. Although we were visiting while the pool was not open we still were able to enjoy sitting on the lounge furniture to relax and take in the sunshine. We highly recommend staying here and wish we could have had a few more days to take in more of the sights of the area."
