"Shower drain clogged; hard, noisy and old bed, worn out bedsheet, toilet seat almost broken. Not worth the money. I appreciate old school hotels but camping would have been more comfortable "

"We stayed here with our family for a special holiday and we have had the best time. There was 14 of us. The kids (aged range 7-2) lived in the pool - it was perfect as there is a small shallow pool within the lovely large pool that they could swim about it. The villa was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The area is just beautiful and close to Pisa and the beach. Our hosts were just lovely, on hand for help. advice and were so kind and friendly. We have loved our stay and were sad to leave after a perfect week. Thank you ❤️"
