Only drawback is that this is right next to the nightlife area and, whilst the street itself is quiet, people use the street to get home. "Beautiful room in a beautiful old building in the south of the centre of the town. Quite a walk from the station but covered mostly by porticos. Lots of facilities, although when we arrived in torrential rain, there were no drying out options, the radiator didn't work and so we had to use damp towels both days we stayed. "Cosy, welcoming, clean and friendly. We only had a very short stay as booked on an early flight but it was comfortable, we slept well and only a short walk from the centre. "

"Property was conveniently 6km outside of Bologna with gate for security. We had a rental car so that was reassuring. This B&B is located on a busy road so traffic is loud very early in the morning. "I enjoyed my freedom there. The accommodation is located in very close distance to the Bologna Central Station and shopping amenities. The price for 4 nights were so good , great view from the Balcony , comfortable bed and very clean as well. It was slightly noisy if somebody stays at next door, There was a big stain on a chair and drain wasn’t so good from the shared shower. Otherwise, I really enjoyed staying the place. "
