"Let me start by saying that Emiliano was really the best! Hotels.com messed up my reservation and only put it down as 1 guest instead of 3. When we arrived the reserved room was only good for 1 person. Emiliano quicky called the owner and they prepared a bigger room, which thankfully was available, and they fixed what hotels.com messed up. Obviously, they did charge me an additional cost for the additional person but we negotiated and they gave me a very reasonable price considering the holiday...

"Our host was amazing. Our bus arrived late and then we had to wait over an hour for a taxi, but our host waited patiently for us even though it was well past check in time. He was then very attentive to all questions answering quickly and making sure our needs were met. "This beautiful hotel spoiled us for the rest of our trip. The rooms were big and well appointed. The breakfast was delicious and it was wonderful to have access to the room with tea and biscuits at all time of the day. We had 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms which was fabulous for our teen.
