"This was an amazing hotel, such a beautiful reception - every time I walked through I saw something different, it’s just gorgeous
I would definitely return
The food was sublime, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful
Our room was beautiful, large with plenty of wardrobes, beautifully appointed bathroom - my only complaint (and it’s a small one!) is the hairdryer in the bathroom is next to useless - would help if they put in a normal hairdryer!

"Poor standard. The wiew was ok. You have to wear a bathing cap to be in the swimming pool so the children refused to enter. We rented a garage space and hit the car when driving out from the garage and a piece from the car came loose because of the uneven ramp. The hotel told us they where going to look at the camera and get back to us, but didnt even though we had a conversation on WhatsApp which they preferred. And although I asked a lots of times they ghosted us. It was also not possible to...

"Gorgeous historical villa, with amazing cliffside views of Alassio, phenomenal restaurant, and an amazing garden. The room that we stayed in was well appointed, had luxurious decorations and a lot of historical decor items. The infinity pool was gorgeous, and the drinks were phenomenal. "Parked in multi-storey behind/under hotel. Free and simple. Savona is a very busy place. We only stayed for a one night stopover. Staff on reception desk helpful and friendly, had upgraded us from a triple room to two adjoining rooms. Room clean and spacious. Tv took a while to connect too and work( it’s rather high tech) and I’m young!"

"The location is perfect centered & all the Staff were focused on Happy Guests.
The Breakfast is The best huge Buffet we've ever had anywhere.
Christina at the desk helped us a lot in directions taxis etc but all others did as well.
Hats off to the Manager & Excellent Teamwork we'll be back again to see Museum Grock..
