Casa Stella del Mar, comfortable and charming three-room apartment a few steps from the sea with veranda, two bedrooms and shared swimming pool.
It is located in a residence equipped with a swimming pool with lifeguard, tennis court, bowling green and parking space. 
The swimming pool is seasonal, from September to May inclusive, it is closed.
It is composed of an entrance hall, a living room with a sofa and an open kitchen with table and chairs. A large partially covered veranda overlooks the dining room and kitchen, where it is possible to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners.
The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower and window.
Casa Stella del Mar is equipped with air conditioning, outdoor shower, barbecue and everything you need to spend a comfortable stay in contact with nature. The external context in which it is located is tastefully cared for and surrounded by the greenery of the condominium gardens. The intimate and quiet beach of Lu Bagnu is only 100 meters away.
In the immediate vicinity of the residence there are all the main services and shops, ATMs, pizzerias, restaurants, markets, fruit and vegetables, bars, pubs, tobacconists, newsagents and pharmacies.
Lu Bagnu enjoys an enviable position halfway between the east and north west coasts, 2 km from Castelsardo and 20 minutes from Porto Torres and 40 minutes from Alghero and Stintino.
Casa Stella del Mar is the ideal solution for those who want to enjoy a stay without a car, given the proximity to the sea and all services, which makes it perfect for families.
You will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.
In case you do not receive the contract on time, you will need to contact the managing agency the property to the number indicated on the booking confirmation.
The community pool opened on June 16th.
Check-in time is between 16:00 and 21:00. And that will be subject to an appointment being made with the receptionist.. City Tax: € 1,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
