"Hotel and surrounding are very pleasant! Room is comfortable, spacious and beautifully designed. Pool is great! Food is average. Girls working in front desk need training. They lack info and panic if there was a line of people waiting! Not very welcoming!"

"Apartment was great size with everything you need the beds are comfortable, the only issue I have is that the shop on site doesn't have hardly anything you need or choices and you can not go in you have to order everything online and it can take a while for example when I ordered 2 bags of crisps 6 eggs and some croissants it was available in 2 days time, not good also nats and mosquitos are quite a problem, pools are great "

"The property had a great view, and the room was clean. Apart from that, there isn't much else to say. The staff wasn't particularly friendly, but they weren't unfriendly either. The room was adequately furnished but uninviting. Overall the place was largely forgettable."

"Set in beautiful grounds, surrounded by vineyards. We stayed one night to go to a concert at the arena of Verona , only 20 mins drive and 10 mins from Lake Garda and grassland snd all other parks . "I absolutely loved this hotel, I felt very at home. It was nice and clean, and cleanliness is a big must have for me. The blankets were beautiful and white and neat. "We were quite satisfied with our stay here. The apartments are a good size and our premium apartment had everything we needed. Most importantly the AC worked well and was able to keep the whole place cool. The 3 pools are all a good size and various depths to meet all needs. "Very clean and nicely run hotel! Staff was very attentive and helpful. Enjoyed the outside beach area and thermal pool on our first day, second day the weather was cool and windy day so the thermal pool was not warm enough. However we chose to spend that day touring Sirmione. It’s very walkable from the hotel. "

Comfortable and convenient

"I stayed in a studio apartment, which belongs to the hotel (just next door to the main entrance). Great location - relatively close to both the main train station and Verona centre. A small kitchen area with all the necessary equipment (fridge, small cooker, plates, pans, etc.). Comfortable bed, great bathroom with Jacuzzi shower. I had a small patio - great to sit outside. Room cleaning was very diligent. "

Fantastic Anniversary Getaway

"Fantastic, clean hotel right in the heart of Verona. Ideal location for great food and drink at either Piazza Bra & the arena, or Piazza Erbe & many other sites. The spa was an added bonus, as is the beautiful rooftop terrace for a nice glass of wine or a spritz with a view of the arena. Staff were excellent and super helpful. Would highly recommend"

"We only stayed for one night but loved the hotel and would definitely come back. It was a short bus ride from the airport and then all the shops/restaurants/attractions were within walking distance so the location was perfect. The staff were lovely and friendly here. We also had a drink in the bar as we wanted to sit in the bar/lobby for a while as it was just so nice. Our room was a decent size and just overall a lovely stay here."

"This is probably the best hotel I've stayed in. I didnt actually realise I'd booked a 4* but you cpuld certainly tell. Someone took my bag at the door and to my room. The location is absolutely ideal. Perfectly between everything. As a solo traveller the room was just right and i had everything I could need. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and hope I can return soon!"

"Stayed in this hotel for a single night as part of a tourist trip around Verona and lake Garda. This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The staff were super friendly and polite. They helped us book a restaurant in town for dinner. Breakfast was also excellent. Hotel was clean and modern inside. Highly recommend staying here. "
