Raucher brauchen nicht weiterlesen. Angenehme Nichtraucherwohnungen. Ferienzeit 13. Mai bis 03. Juni 2017 4 Personen (2 Ehepaare) Das Feriendomizil hat grundsätzlich zwei negative Seiten, die man auch sehr positiv sehen kann/muss 1. die Anlage liegt etwas einsam. Das nächste Gehöft ist 1,5km entfernt, die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants etwa 4 km. Dafür hat man rundum Natur pur mit Hühnergegacker, Katzen, Schafen, Vogelgezwitscher ganztags und nachts die Nachtigall. Um die geschichtlichen, kulturellen und gastronomischen Highlights der Umgebung erkunden zu können ist ein Auto oder Motorrad unabdingbar. 2. Im nahen Tal befindet sich die vierspurige Schnellstrasse SS715 (Siena-Sinalunga) deren Verkehr man hören kann (ein Stadtmensch nicht - ein Landbewohner wohl). Aber auch das hat eine sehr positive Seite Man ist in 2 Minuten auf der Schnellstrasse und in ca. 10-15 min in Siena, von wo aus man sehr gute Strassenanbindung in alle Richtungen hat. Die Ferienwohnungen im Toskana-Flair sind wie beschrieben. Wir durften die mittlere Wohnung al Forno beziehen. Diese ist sehr großzügig und behindertengerecht eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche war komplett, das heißt, wir haben nichts vermisst. Ein Wasserhahn in der Küche liefert sowohl Brauchwasser, als auch Trinkasser. Für jedes Schlafzimmer gibt es eine eigene Toilette, Bad oder Dusche. Die Sanitäreinrichtungen waren sauber. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren neuwertig. In den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr freundlich und entgegekommend. Der Hausherr spricht perfekt englisch. Er hat sich sehr bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie nur möglich zu machen. Wir sind uns einig - Wir würden hier sofort wieder Urlaub nachen!

Heel aangenaam verblijven, rustig en alle mooie dorpjes en steden dichtbij. De gastheer is heel erg vriendelijk en helpt op elk ogenblik. Hij spreekt heel erg goed Engels. Het zwembad is zalig en wordt dagelijks onderhouden. Een echte aanrader!

Het appartement was makkelijk te vinden. Laatste 200 meter is op deels onverharde weg. Ontvangst was erg vriendelijk. Appartement ligt vlakbij snelweg die je constant hoort maar waar je verder weinig last van hebt. Verder perfect met zwembad en mooi uitzicht op de omgeving.
