" This is a very well equipped apartment. It has a comfortably furnished, spacious, open plan kitchen/sitting room. The ‘kitchen’ has a dishwasher, oven and fridge/freezer along one wall. There is an air-conditioning unit above the TV/Media equipment. There are two separate ways from this room onto the L-shaped terrace that overlooks the storm channel that runs through Montagnac. "Eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft zum erholsamen Aufenthalt mitten im Viertel. Die ruhige Dachterrasse ist wirklich Gold wert. Für unseren Geschmack ist das Haus mit etwas zu vielen "zierenden"Gegenständen ausgestattet, aber das ist ja individuell. Prima Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin!"
