There is a common area and plenty of bedroom space to accommodate our group of 10 people. There are several places to get something to eat nearby. The walk to the metro was just a few blocks. "Location was great! There is a bar Nextdoor that can create some noise but it didn’t bother us much. When you walk out the door you’re right into the night life but there isn’t much foot traffic outside the door so that also helped with noise. It was the perfect size for the two of us and being that the bedroom is underground it helped keep it very cool in addition to the air conditioners. The host was very pleasant and our stay was so easy! Would recommend!"

We had some hiccups along the way which arent always prevalent, but happened nonetheless. Upon our second day, we had a note on our door from the tenant below us stating a water pipe had burst in his unit and he was forced to shut the water off (including our unit) jdjswe were able to work around it "

The only thing I would recommend is adding the so-calleled foreign tax in the system, that way, it could be paid legally through the system and not having to pay out-of-pocket and cash at the time of arrival. Most of the city center is within walking distance, and cosy neighbourhoods like Trastevere is just a short strall away.
