This warm and cozy studio is only 50 meters away from the lake and 6 km from Arona. The apartment has just been renewed with all the comforts and it's at the end of a private street. The beach is reserved to the guests of the residence, in this way calmness is guaranted also during the high season. You can walk 500 mt to the nearest supermarket and a great shopping center with its restaurants is 1,5 km far away
This is a wonderfull choice for who is looking for relax but not far from services.
This studio has a living room very well organized, with sofa, tv and dining area.
You can dicide to eat indoor on a wood table with design chairs, otherwise the external patio can be used as dining area cause equipped with table, chairs and barbecue.
The bedroom is comfortable and has a spacious closet and the bath is completely renovated. The private parking is in front of the apartment and the grass beach is only 50 mt far from the studio, therefore, also during the high season you'll not have problems with parking.
Next to the beach reserved to the guests of this residence there is a small playground (in front of the lake), that also allows to take care of children while you are laid on the beach!

The apartment is inside a village, with a private street, so it's also a safe area cause no outsiders can go in.
Arona, with its famous shops and restaurants is only 6 km far from the studio and from there you can take the boat for the main excursions of Lago Maggiore.
I think this studio is perferct for who would like to visit Lago Maggiore area
and in the afternoon will enjoy the last hours of the day in a private beach,
but in my opinion this solution is not a good choice for who is travelling without car.
