"Excellent property grounds with grapevines surrounding us; on site pool, spacious rooms. Only negative is lack of air conditioning or even a ceiling fan / any fan -- this made it challenging to sleep at night in late August; keep that in mind if you are coming from the US and used to lower sleeping temperatures. "High in the mountains of Piedmont, the village of Albaretto has views over hazelnut groves and vineyards to the Alps. The property has a small terrace with sunshine and a view to die for. The accommodation is simple, clean and comfortable with Federico a warm and genial host. He even found some lost sunglasses for us. Highly recommended."
