It's in good shape with very friendly service, one woman was checking us in and taking care of us during breakfast. We were there with only one another room so we had the place more or less to ourself. Nothing fancy or luxurious but a nice B&B! Just next door to the restaurant Il falstaff which was recommended by several but we chose Trattoria dai bercau...
