"Reception staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. But someone kept on smoking weed in the room on our floor which created a very strong odour even though the hotel had no smoking policy. No action from staff. Plus only one lift was working during our whole stay of 5 days. "

"Our room had everything we needed, the black out blinds make the room pitch black and it’s very quiet at night. The AC can be tricky but we figured it out and it worked well it was very cool. I was quite comfortable here. The front desk staff are also very nice people."

"My husband and I enjoyed 10 nights at the Castellmar. The building is older and the bathroom could use a face lift but everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. The deck off the living room was huge and we enjoyed our partial view of the sea. I would recommend this property for the price even though the walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbours. "

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a diverse selection, which should suit everyones needs. The hotel was a 7 minute walk to the train station which took you to either Barcelona , or Sitges. The sea was a 3 minute walk from the hotel. A 2 minute walk took you to a grocery store. All in all, a pleasant experience"
