The house is located in Scopello, a few steps from the "Zingaro" oriented reserve.

It can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of a large double bedroom and a bedroom with a queen bed size and a single bed.

The larger master bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Inside there is a further bathroom with shower.

The villa also has a large living room with a single sofa bed, a covered veranda and an outdoor area with a wooden roof, a garden and parking for two cars.

The house is equipped with a solarium on the roof with a spectacular view of the Scopello sea from which it is possible to access via a special staircase.

The house is located about one kilometer from the beautiful beach of "Calamazzo di Sciacca" and from the Baglio di Scopello where you can enjoy the famous "Pane Cunzato".

Très agréable séjour
Une maison confortable et parfaitement équipée , offrant une vue panoramique sur la mer, sans aucun obstacle . Une terrasse dominant un espace de jeux pour enfants et un jardin en pente agréablement planté . Beaucoup d'espace disponible .Un silence impressionnant , malheureusement régulièrement interrompu par une pompe à eau fonctionnant même la nuit ! Enfin ce joli cadre souffre également d'un accès particulièrement délicat , un chemin très pentu en partie en terre et garni de nombreux et larges trous . Ces petits désagréments , dont un pourrait être rapidement réglé , ne nous a pas empêchés de profiter largement du site et de son environnement . A souligner la particulière et constante attention du gérant immobilier prêt à répondre à la moindre sollicitation et toujours disponible .

Everything was perfect
There were five of us. The house was great, better and more beautiful than on the photos, which is a rarity. Even at high temperatures the two terraces were pleasantly cool. On foot you can reach the first beach of the Resservois in 15 minutes. From the house you can see the sea. A grandiose view. The equipment of the house is very good. One has all kitchen and household appliances. The furnishing is very tasteful, the rooms are pleasantly large. The Wlan works very well, which is not self-evident in Italy. Sabi, our host, was great. Within a few minutes she always called back when we had questions. She even reserved a table for us in a restaurant where we could watch the Champions League final. Everything was perfect.
