Beautiful villa of new construction, located between Castellammare del Golfo and Scopello, in the charming and quiet hillock Castellaccio, Villa Leukè will conquer you with its Mediterranean style, the brightness of the rooms and the view on the beautiful stretch of coast between the Faraglioni of Scopello and the Zingaro nature reserve.
At 10 minutes from the quaint village of Scopello and from the entrance of the Zingaro Oriented Reserve, 5 from the bay of Guidaloca and from the town of Castellammare del Golfo, Leukè villa is the ideal place for families or a group of friends who want to spend a holiday in the name of tranquility, comfort and beauty.
The villa, furnished in a modern style, develops all on the ground floor and consists of a living area, with fully equipped kitchen, which leads through a large sliding glass door to the outdoor terrace, three bedrooms, double or twin, and two bathrooms. One of the three bedrooms has a private entrance and a private bathroom. In the living area there is a double sofa bed and a wall-mounted TV. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and wi-fi.
Outside it is characterized by a large terrace, partly covered by a wooden roof, with sea view and a beautiful swimming pool (10x5m), solarium area and shower. On the back, overlooking the hill, there is a second covered veranda with a wooden canopy which can be accessed from the kitchen area. Both verandas are furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Nice home with beautiful scenery
Good place to stay for visiting Western Sicily. The pool area is beautiful and has a stunning view. As there were only 3 of us staying, this place gave us lots of space and the separate room and bathroom was lovely for our adult daughter to have her own private space. Good location for travel to lovely cove beaches and about an hour from San Vito Capo beach and not far from Palermo. Scopello is a must visit for evening dining in a beautiful setting. Hosts greated us and left wine and pastries for us to enjoy.

Our flights were delayed and we only arrived around 9-10pm. Although we had difficulty finding the place at night, Federica was waiting and actually came to find us when we called her. She left a welcome basket with fresh fruit and cookies and was always available for any requests. The villa is spacious, clean and well maintained (outside and inside) and has a spectacular view. There is a great pizzeria within a short walking distance where we ate 3 times over 6 days - need to check hours. Villa is in a country setting but easy driving to most tourist attractions we wanted to see. We would recommend Federica's villa.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at the villa. The villa is lovely, clean and tidy and the hosts are friendly and helpful. We were really impressed with the size of the swimming pool. The location of the villa is convenient to drive to the centre of Castellammare di Golfo & San Vito lo Capo. We would definitely recommend !

Fabulous holiday in fabulous villa
My family of five had a fantastic holiday in this wonderful villa. The pool and views are amazing and the villa is really well positioned between Castellamarre Del Golfo and Scopello (need a car). Both are really beautiful places with an abundance of restuarants most with spectacular views. The owners of the villa are wonderful and incredibly responsive if you need anything. For those why care (like me!), the air conditioning and wifi are first class and make for a really relaxing and connected holiday. Overall, this is a fabulous villa, in a fabulous location, with fabulous facilities and owners.

Villa Leuke is as beautiful as in the pictures. It’s impecable, clean, with all the necessary amenities. Amazing view of the mountains and the sea. Our hosts were very welcoming and hospitable, they had refreshments and goodies for us when we arrived. They gave us information on a panificeria 200 feet away from the villa which was very good. Great location, with an easy drive to Scopello, city center of Castellammare (wonderful town and port) Carini and Palermo. We had a fantastic vacation. Wunderschönes ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool und traumhaften Ausblick. Alles ist sehr neu, sauber. Die Raumaufteilung war für uns ideal. Ein separates Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad und zwei Doppelzimmer mit zweitem Bad und schönen Wohnzimmer mit Poolblick und sehr schönem Ausblick auf das Meer. Sehr nette Vermieter. Sehr schönes Haus, perfekt für 6 Personen
Die Vermieter sind sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Gigantischer Pool mit schöner Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut. Die Bäckerei und gleichzeitig Pizzeria ist 100m entfernt. Auch die Strände sind mit dem Auto sehr schnell zu erreichen. Lediglich wäre bei Regen ein geschlossenes Dach bei der hinteren Terrasse von Vorteil. Alles in allem war die Unterkunft perfekt. Da kann man gerne wieder kommen.

War eine ideale Unterkunft für uns 2 Familien
Größe und Lage des hauses waren für unsere Zwecke perfekt. Die Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit auch erreichbar. Tolle Aussicht Richtung Scopello, zu diversen Badebuchten max. 10 Minuten Fahrt, bzw. sogar mit 3km zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn man Lust hat. Zingaro Nationalpark ist sehr nah und absolut empfehlenswert. Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Spülmaschine leider nicht, aber war kein Problem für uns. Pool ist nicht beheizt, was aber ganz normal auf Sizilien ist und selbst im Oktober absolut genießbar. Tolle Erfrischung!

Tolles Ferienhaus mit traumhafter Aussicht
Wir wollten in den Herbstferien ein paar ruhige, sonnige Tage mit unseren 3 Kindern in Sizilien verbringen und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Haus war sehr sauber und der Kühlschrank wurde vor unserer Ankunft von Federica und ihrer Familie mit regionalen Köstlichkeiten gefüllt . Idyllisch über der Bucht zwischen Castellammare del Golfo und Scopello gelegen, beeindruckte uns das Anwesen allein schon wegen des tollen Meerblickes von Anfang an. Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge am großen Pool rundeten oft unsere Tage ab. Die Küche ist mit den nötigen Utensilien ausgestattet, einzig ein Geschirrspüler ist nicht vorhanden, was uns jetzt auch nicht weiter gestört hat. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer zu erreichen und gaben uns einige Tipps für Ausflüge.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung mit tollen Gastgebern
Federica und Ihr Vater sind sehr nette Gastgeber und haben uns nicht nur persönlich begrüßt, sondern standen auch bei Fragen gerne bereit. Das Haus und der Pool waren wie im Inserat beschrieben und wirklich hervorragend - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Einziger, aber wirklich kleiner Kritikpunkt: Leider hatten wir während unseres Aufenthaltes Anfang September sizilien-untypisches, wechselhaftes Wetter mit einigen, heftigen Regenfällen. Da die Pergola nur ein Sonnen-Dach mit Bambusstangen (?) hat, wurden bei stärkerem Regen der Tisch, die Stühle und ggf. Dinge, die man dort hinterlässt, nass. Somit konnte man leider bei Regen trotz der angenehmen Temperaturen dann auch nicht draußen sitzen . Wenn man hier noch eine "regendichte Lösung" findet, wäre der Traumurlaub perfekt ;-)
