Sehr schöne Wohnung, zentral am Hafen. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Alles sehr sauber. Wir waren im Herbst dort und haben es sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit, inkl. Tipps für´s gute Essen :-) Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

"La casa risponde piename...
"La casa risponde pienamente all''annuncio e alle aspettative. L''abbiamo trovata in ottimo stato e in ordine, con tutti i servizi previsti. Gli spazi sono più che adeguati e la cucina è attrezzata di tutto. La localizzazione è perfetta, in pieno centro, a pochi passi dai negozi e dai servizi essenziali, ma in una posizione silenziosa e facilmente raggiungibile sia in auto sia a piedi. In 5 minuti si raggiunge facilmente anche il porto, dove si trovano locali e ristoranti di ogni genere e per ogni esigenza. I proprietari sono stati estremamente cordiali e disponibili ad ogni richiesta. A dieci minuti di auto abbiamo trovato stabilimenti termali ben attrezzati e a venti minuti la località di Scopello e la riserva naturale dello Zingaro. Ideale per una vacanza nella natura, pur non volendo rinunciare alle comodità di una cittadina balneare."

"L''appartamento è situato in un''ottima zona. Con un parcheggio dedicato. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. C''è un piccolo problema nella doccia: la tenda non è sufficiente ad impedire la fuoriuscita dell''acqua che nel bagno (molto piccolo) invade tutto il pavimento. Nella camera con il letto matrimoniale ci ha disturbato il fatto di non avere finestre per garantire il ricambio dell''aria. In compenso il sistema ad aria condizionata funziona bene. La spiaggia vicina all''appartamento (che sarebbe quella sotto la piazza di Castellammare) è molto sporca per cui abbiamo dovuto usare la macchina ogni giorno."

"Appartamento ben arredato, pulito, silenzioso, ottimamente inserito nel contesto della splendida città di Castellammare, ben accessoriato e capace di contenere fino a 6 persone anche se l''abitabilità l''ideale per un soggiorno di 2 settimane è di 4/5 persone. Deliziosa la gentilezza degli affittuari, Carlo e Giacoma, e dei loro figli Maria e Angelo. Disponibilissimi, discreti ed ospitali, simpaticissimi e dotati di una rara capacità di accoglienza. Una VERA casa di mare a pochi metri dalla "marina", centro della vita turistica e notturna, e nel contempo vicinissima al corso centrale. Base ideale per gite culturali e per raggiungere le meravigliose località di Scopello e della riserva dello Zingaro. Voto 10! (con lode per gli affittuari)."

"La nostra famiglia, composta da 2 adulti e 2 bambini, si è trovata molto bene. La casa, molto grande e accogliente, ci è piaciuta soprattutto perchè ben inserita nel contesto tipico del paese e perchè, nonostante sia a due passi dal centro, si trova in una zona molto tranquilla. I nostri due bambini hanno apprezzato soprattutto la camera tutta per loro in mansarda. Un saluto ai padroni di casa Carlo e Giacoma."

"Es handelt sich um renoviertes Haus im historischen Zentrum von Castellammare. Unsere Wohnung liegt im Obergeschoss und erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen. Sie ist für drei bis vier Personen ohne Probleme nutzbar. Castellammare ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung des westlichen Teils von Sizilien. Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen, alles ist unmittelbar erreichbar. Schade nur, dass es keinen Blick zum Meer gibt. Die Ausstattung ermöglicht auch ein Kochen zu Hause. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit."

"Il proprietario sig. Carlo c ha fatto un'ottima impressione ed è stato molto disponibile.L'appartamento è nel centro storico di Castellammare.E' grazioso e confortevole. La camera è sotto il tetto,ma c'è l'aria condizionata... Siamo stati bene sia noi sia Anubi..la nostra cagnolotta! Castellammare è una buona base di partenza per diverse gite: Palermo,Monreale,Segesta,Erice,Marsala,Agrigento ecc...e a pochissimi km da Scopello e dal meraviglioso parco dello Zingaro!! A noi ha fatto piacere anche visitare Portella delle Ginestre e la casa museo di Peppino Impastato a Cinisi che consigliamo. Salutiamo Carlo e Giacoma sperando un giorno di tornare!"
