Villa Ortensia D is a characteristic and welcoming apartment located right on the beach. It sleeps six people. From Villa Ortensia D you will enjoy an enchanting view of the beach and of the sea. Villa Ortensia D is 55 square meters (590 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Santa Maria di Castellabate, a few steps from restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, the stop for CSTP bus Salerno - Acciaroli line at 550 meters (1800 feet) and the closest beach at 10 meters (approximately 33 feet).
Villa Ortensia D is located on the second floor of an ancient building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up approximately 56 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Ortensia D. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved). Alternatively, you can park along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). Direct Access to the Sea
From the property you will have a direct access to the sea and to a public beach, which offers a restaurant and a cafe. You will reach it from the villa without having to climb any steps. The access to the sea is shared with non-resident guests.
 Living Room
The ceiling of the living room is vaulted. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
The kitchen has no door. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find a washing machine.
Mezzanine Level
In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it climbing 12 steps. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The ceiling is vaulted. The mezzanine has a small window.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
