the house is surrounded by a large garden with old pine trees that cover it from the sun making it cool even in the hottest months. Thanks to the position it enjoys a breeze that allows you to experience the garden even in the hottest hours. The house is far from the confusion of the summer period and is silent even in the most crowded periods. The proximity to the supermarket, market, fish market, weekly market, pharmacy, bars and restaurants (all within 50 meters) allow you to move around the country even without the use of the recommended car to reach the beaches (the closest to 5-600 m) and neighboring countries

Bella ma trascurata
La casa è bella, in posizione comoda, e molto arieggiata grazie ai meravigliosi pini nell'enorme giardino che circonda tutta la casa. Spazi ampi, solo 2 bagni molto poccoli, ma funzionali. Arredo anni 70, caratteristico. Purtroppo al nostro arrivo la casa era sporca. Cucina e pavimenti andavano puliti in modo approfondito. Il proprietario, Daniele, molto disponibile a riparare al problema, ma le persone che ha cercato di mandare per pulire o non erano in grado, o non si sono presentate. Alla fine abbiamo pulito noi e ottenuto un rimborso. Altri problemi: c'è una finestra che dà su un vano sotto la casa, da cui esce un cattivissimo odore, che abbiamo dovuto coprire perche l'odore entrava in casa. Il giardino è meraviglioso, ma poco utilizzabile. Le radici degli alberi ingombrano molto spazio e non c'è pavimentazione, con difficoltà anche a camminare. I pini sono bellissimi, ma ogni tanto cadono le pigne e diventa pericoloso sostare sotto. Servirebbe un'area coperta. In generale molto era trascurato (cuscini, sedie, sdraio...). Infine l'assenza di zanzariere ha rappresentato un problema. Il prezzo è davvero altissimo per il servizio dato. Ci sono le potenzialita, ma la casa non è curata. Peccato!

Una bella sorpresa.
La casa è molto accogliente, fresca, anche meglio di come appare nella foto del sito. La posizione si è rivelata strategica sia per la spiaggia che per i servizi necessari. L’host è stato disponibile e gentile.

wunderbarer Urlaub
Wir haben diese Ferienwohnung gemietet vom 26.8.23 - 9.9.23. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in dem Ort San Marco (Castellabate). Zum Hafen und Strand sind es etwa 10 Gehminuten. Ebenfalls 10 Minuten in die andere Richtung findet sich ein Supermarkt, Bäckerei. Neapel, Salerno, Agropoli sind bequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Trotz Schwierigkeiten mit der Verständigung wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Ein kleines Problem wurde sofort gelöst (an einem Sonntag!). Wir empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt und ohne Bedenken. Vielen Dank an Daniele Nunzi und Patrizia für die schöne Zeit.

Vacanza Perfetta
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villetta per tutto agosto e speriamo di ritornare presto. La casa é davvero perfetta per ogni esigenza e tenuta molto bene e attrezzata di ogni confort, giardino molto grande e curato in cui si può sia pranzare che cenare. Posizione strategica sia per il mare che per i servizi. Proprietario disponibile e gentilissimo cosa non da poco poiché ti segue dal primo all'ultimo istante. Cosa fondamentale la casa é pet friendly quindi i nostri amici sono i benvenuti. Andiamo via con la consapevolezza di aver trascorso una delle nostre migliori vacanze.

Villetta a San Marco
Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza piacevole e serena nella villetta. La casa è in una posizione molto tranquilla. La privacy è garantita, Gli spazi sono ampi e ben organizzati, l'arredamento è funzionale e le numerose aperture sull'esterno creano una bella corrente, oltre a permettere la vista sul giardino, che è magnifico e vivibile in ogni momento della giornata. Le uniche criticità sono i bagni, eccessivamente piccoli, e alcuni dei materassi, che sono decisamente "stagionati".
