Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und uns alles wissenswerte über das Haus erklärt. Das Haus und der Garten ist super, wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. "We had a lovely stay at Citta della Pieve. Lots of space and the house was spotless with everything we needed. The pictures on the website did not do justice to the house and surroundings - even better than I expected (and I had high expectations!). The pool area is spacious and inviting and the pool itself brilliant for our keen swimmer teenager and adults. Quite deep though - would need to keep a close eye on novice-swimmers. "If you want to experience authentic Italy, add an olive farm. This is your place… It is very clean. Quite a drive to get there, make sure you do your grocery shopping prior to arriving. There is nowhere to purchase anything nearby. It is a 20 minute drive. The host mother and son are very lovely people. They do not speak any English however they are excellent with Google translate."
