"This small hotel is the best I have stayed for a long time. The staff is incredibly helpful and willing to please you with answers about any concerns or curiosities you have for the town and close areas. The location is perfect. Cleanliness is spotless. The room was ample and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with abundant and many cold or hot choices. We regret we could not stay more days and enjoy this gem of a hotel in Almunecar. Excellent!"

It is in a valley that is known for their oranges which feature in the hotel’s restaurant. The food at the restaurant highlights local specialities. Amazing food. "A great quiet place but difficult to find parking. Be prepared to walk a bit uphill when you do locate the parking garage. We stayed one night and it was nice. The bed could have been more comfortable (a bit lumpy). We found places to walk and restaurants close by. "

"The apartment itself was lovely, very impressive. Clean and well laid out. The only issue I have is that I booked the apartment in part because of the facilities - and no where did it mention that the hotel (and therefore the facilities) were closed! So no bar, no cafe, no pool... Having said that, the apartment really was very nice and we'd stay again."
