"We booked this resort for a getaway for a group of friends. All of us enjoyed the stay and the resort for the weekend. The privacy, amenities, the river and everything was perfect. "

"Great location close enough to town to get to stuff easily but far enough away to feel out in the hill country. The cabin back patio is awesome, peaceful, open views, lots of bird watching with the feeder out there. We saw a bobcat, several deer, heard what sounded like a wolf, saw some really cool stars in the big Texas sky and for sure saw some UFOs. There is plenty of kitchen stuff to make breakfast or dinner, you can choose to eat out in town or stay in and cook, it's ideal for just going with the flow. I used the pellet smoker, it was nice to have that option.Relaxing getaway, we really enjoyed it."

"It met my basic requirements of safe, quiet, and only a few miles away from the 35th annual Crawfish Festival. The inside of the room was clean with nothing broken and no holes in the walls. The office was open and attended from when I showed up around 10:30pm to when I checked out the next morning about 8am and the attendant was friendly and professional. I would stay here again!"

"Contigo Ranch is a very beautiful and peaceful place. Just sitting on the porch, either in front or the back, one can observe wonderful wildlife such as deers, wild turkeys, humming birds, road runners and the ever talking colony of Purple Martins. The flowering Sage added just the perfect touch of color. The breakfast delivered in picnic basket in the morning was very good. "

"We really enjoyed our 1 night in the Raphael suite. It is right next to a pool and this estate has a fun vibe! Very unique!! So much to see. Location is ideal for hiking at Enchanted Rock! Breakfast was a delicious buffet with everything you could want in a beautiful building! We’d love to come back for stargazing with the astronomer on the rooftop! "
