"This place is amazing, with that being said, service needs a big improvement, not sure it it was because it was off season, but we had the hardest time to get anyone to check us in, staff kept walking by and ignoring us, throughout the whole stay I felt like I was bothering the staff that was walking around by just being there, constant bad looks towards us, while we walked around, the “hotel’ itself it amazing, you’ll love it, rooms were great, amazing views, restaurant food was great and...

"Location, accommodation, and host were 5 star. When we arrived, Antonella had pasta, sauce and fresh homebaked bread for us. The view from the property was amazing, the beds were incredibly comfortable and everything was very clean. One thing that is probably a "lost in translation" is a reference to a hot tub/jacuzzi. We did not see one, but it did have a tub in one of the bathrooms (which we used). Overall, a dream escape in Tuscany!"

"This was an absolute highlight of our trip. The castle is beautiful and incredibly well kept. The proprietor visited our table one morning, at the beautiful breakfast they offered, and gave us some fantastic history of the property and the upgrades she has made to the castle and the grounds. Nothing short of excellent!"

"We have just had a wonderful week here as a family of 5. It was initially very hard to locate, there are no signs and the sat nav brought us to the gates of an industrial looking building. "We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a small kitchenette. There was a laundramat on site which was great. It us conveniently located if you have a car. The kitchenette had a small refrigerator, a mucrowave, and a cooktop. No oven. "

"My mom and I loved our stay at the Palazzo Mannaioni in Florence. Roberto made us feel safe the minute we entered the Mannaioni and was very knowledgable of the area and accommodated anything we needed. The suites were in a great location, and the place was pristine. "
