"Staff very friendly, ski rentals shop within the hotel, ski in and out, room made up and cleaned daily, alot of multilingual staff, nice food on offer and parking available on site which was handy, a very enjoyable week skiing "

"Bien accueillis à notre arrivée, serviettes, essuie tout, savon, tout ce qu'il faut pour démarrer ! Chalet cosy et confortable, cloches des vaches et torrent pour être dans l'ambiance. A noter que le restaurant n'est pas ouvert toute l'année. "

"Bugs and cockroaches in the room. Amazing reaction from the front desk: What do you expect, this is normal in a mountain area!!! Otherwise, rooms are mediocre, old, small and overpriced. Definitely not a 3 stars, barely an overpriced one star hotel."

"Les photos de l’annonce ne reflètent pas la réalité. Nous étions 12 et le salon télé était prévu pour 6 personnes !! L’accès au chalet difficile . L’accès aux chambres hors normes échelle étroite et pentue. Et surprise palier de l’accès aux chambres à partager av le propriétaire du dessus !! "
