Only two things I would note that was both minor was 1) The shower head had a lot of limescale in it, I had to break it up to get the shower to flow evenly 2) I felt that the gentleman that ran the restaurant was standoffish The reception team and housekeeping team were extremely welcoming and engaging and San Marino is an absolute beautiful place. Favourite place on my trip of 7 countries "

The rooms are very spacious and confortable. The hotel has got a restaurant which is very handy when you have spent a day at the Archive and you are too tired to go out. "The property is located in the historic center of San Marino. It’s quite an uphill climb, so those with mobility issues might consider elsewhere. Otherwise, the bathroom was excellent, and the hotel was clean. I forgot a Bluetooth speaker in my room, and the staff called me within 5 minutes and met me at the gate to the center, so I didn’t have to drag my luggage back up the hills. Excellent service. "
