"Our hosts were absolutely fabulous. So kind and helpful. Very informative about the area. They gave many options for breakfast and all of what we had was yummy. Would definitely reccomend staying. Note though, there are 80 steps to walk up with your luggage, that was difficult, but our host graciously helped us down on the way out!. "

"This is essentially an apartment that has been converted into 3 bedrooms with individual ensuites a shared kitchen area, very clean but very noisy, The heating wasn’t on, the water was turned off in the early hours so hand washing after ablutions wasn’t available. First night the couple in the room next to me got very loudly amorous x 4 ( more energy than I have). Night 2 showers & toilets and neighbours on the above floors arguing. Night 3 maintenance work late early. No information on what is around locally as far as restaurants/ bars/ sightseeing/transport options. Could not take anymore than 3 nights so I left early. Disappointed in Campobasso in general. Wouldn’t recommend this accommodation unless it’s just a quick overnight stay."

"Everything about this place is perfect, from the views of the countryside, to the pool (with swim flow), Salvatore himself and all the staff. Easy to find, simple and safe to park and a beautiful meal. We’re lucky enough to travel extensively in Europe and this is one of the top few stays we’ve had. "

"Borgo San Pietro is in the charming Tuscan hilltop town of Agnone. We loved being in the historic district and were able to walk everywhere. The hostess, Valentina, was so helpful and always available--she even scheduled a tour in English for us at the Marinelli Bell Foundry. The views from our room were amazing! Be prepared to walk uphill on old Roman streets, some cobblestone. The local residents were all friendly and helpful, especially the Town Hall staff helping us with geneology questions. This is the real Italy!!"
