"Great service clean all around good food 10/10"

"I really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars but felt it wouldn’t be fair. Here is a detailed review: hotel reception and facilities all get 5 stars. The restaurant has good selection of food options and quality is high but they charge 4.5 euros for tap water so 4 stars for the restaurant. I understand that this happens in Austria but in such up market hotel I expected better. They were generous with fruits and we found apple everywhere. The cafe was brilliant after ski. Peter who served us twice was fantastic. We ordered ham and cheese toast and beer and it was amazing. He is friendly and helpful. 5 stars go to the cafe for sure. Spa was amazing and choices of saunas and swimming pools and also sauna program by Rita was amazing so 5 stars there. They also have nibbles at the spa which is great. We didn’t try the massage service but prices seemed reasonable. The ski hire and storage were well organized and super convenient so definitely 5 stars. Sheki at ski hire was super knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms were also good and comfortable but one issue and that is what super hot. So it gets 4 stars. Room cleaning was prompt and amazing and two issues we had was fixed immediately so 5 stars there. Overall a pleasant hotel which we loved and enjoyed our time"

"The room was great! Floors were heated, large bathroom and bedroom. Amazing views out the windows! The facility has two restaurants that are great, the spa is amazing! They give you robes and everyone in the hotel stays in them most of the day. The underground to the theme pools is awesome! This was an amazing place to stay! Right in the middle of old town and Christmas markets!"

"Great stay. Interesting arrival as you need to pull in behind the hotel in an alley to unload and check in. They have a porter for your luggage and very nice staff. Breakfast was more than ample. Staff was amazing and location cannot be beat. Parking is easy, just across the river in the Therm parking under the street. Room was more than average size and clean"

"We were looking forward to our 3 nights stay at Lady Maria, but after first 24 hours an accumulation of things made it very mediocre. Any of these events on a stand-alone would not have bothered us, but put together they left an unpleasant feeling. When you arrive, it is not obvious which entrance will take you to reception, so you walk around with your luggage trying various doors, some locked. The computer screen at the reception is covered in thick layer of dust. When we checked in the room, there were no towels or soap to wash hands. When you take stairs to go down to reception level, you end up with emergency exit door with no indication that it will not sound an alarm when you open it. Simple sign «reception » would have been helpful. The bar is officially open until 10pm, when we arrived at 9:30pm, the person serving seemed irritated that we showed up, saying that he is closing down, served us 2 desserts and directed us to an isolated « living room area », he then closed everything down at 9:40pm. Breakfast has very little savory options, a lot of cakes, with artificial taste and too sweet. Coffee was not good. Juice colors were unnatural. We didn’t come back the following days, there are better options in the area. Fitness room is a box, overcrowded with cardio machines, no place to move in between. The only good thing about this hotel is location. Room was comfortable and well decorated, but service and overall experience were low quality. "

"The host Mariano was very accommodating and friendly.He was happy to recommend area attractions and restaurants. He makes a great cup of coffee.The hotel was very clean and quaint.Wish we could have stayed longer,and would return."
