We never got to meet any staff as our flight was delayed coming in and we left very early the next morning. But they were very accommodating. They were in contact with us through the expedia app and helped us get an early morning ride to the airport. Super quality service! Highly recommend. "

"It was a wonderful experience staying at Massini City Garden Hotel. The hotel is very clean. Customer service was very helpful and polite. The breakfast they had was already included in the hotel package. You have the option to have dinner as well but you would have to pay for the dinner buffet. But it was worth it because it was great food. The staff there was excellent especially the staff in the restaurant Simoné and Bosé were very attentive and pleasant.
