The property team was helpful with organizing wine tastings & olive oil tasting. Pizza and pasta making was right on the premise The day trip to Montepulciano included a lunch, wine tasting and transportation that was all planned for us. "The owner met us to check us in, but returned that evening while we were eating. Having interrupted the meal he wanted 300euros in cash as a deposit. He said he'd return next day. However, by then we realised that the downstairs toilet and drains were blocked as were 2 of the upstairs showers. There was no hot water in some. "This property is perfect for a family reunion or girls trip. It’s secluded, but has everything you need. The outside pizza oven with space to eat outside. Amazing. There is a city close by to get everything you need before you get there. It is quiet and the views are amazing across the olive trees. The host was very nice and look forward to being back with friends! "

At a great dinner in the town. We rented cars in Rome and drove up and then drove each day exploring other cities, Sienna, Florence, Assisi, and Spello. The house was perfect for us.
