"Amazing location, well maintained, staff is amazing. Rich &yummy breakfast and amazing warm pool. Spa was unique and one of the best I’ve been to. Traveled with a baby and the did above and beyond to accommodate us ❤️ Restaurant was ok (pagoda), a bit pricey and we had better meals outside the hotel. "

"Our stay was probably one of the most "interesting" of our 2 month trip to Europe. It is Off Season so we had the entire place to ourselves. Lots to explore on-site with some really cool and scary nooks and crannies. There were keys left in almost every door so we could peek inside and check things out. So much fun exploring! "Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful. A very enjoyable stay."

"A lovely property, sympathetically modernised, which sits in the grounds of a larger holiday home. The property was clean and well cared-for, with a pleasant kitchen/dining/sitting room, a single large bedroom and en excellent shower room.
