"We had an absolutely amazing time staying at Agriturismo Podere Picciolo. Immediately upon being greeted, we were taken care of as if we were family. The hosts were so welcoming and made sure we were always having a great time. The grounds of the property are stunning, there is much to explore. It was so peaceful to disconnect and be immersed in the beauty of the scenery. We stayed for dinner each night we were there and the food was incredible! We tried many new dishes local to the area made...

"This was a beautiful stop on our Tuscany tour. The property is lovely, and the only thing that would make it better is warm weather so we could use the pool. There is a washing machine for guests to use, which is extremely helpful. A drying rack was in the room to use. The bed could have been more comfortable, but the breakfast was generous and tasty."

"The Borgo is situated very far from the main road, with a small scary road that we did not dare drive in the dark. There were tons of bugs, we got eaten alive our 1st time at the pool, we only stayed 20 mins. Our initial room was awful, next to reception, where groups of people hung out. "Podere Castallare is in a beautiful location. Unfortunately we did not have a relaxing stay. Music was played at full volume directly into our bedroom from the bar from around 4pm - 11pm every day. It was so loud we could not spend time in our room. The air conditioner was broken and not fixed. We were treated rudley at dinner by the manager, which added to the tension in the atmosphere."
