The Casa Maria is a bright 110 sqm. It consists of 3 bedrooms with two beds each, a large bathroom and a kitchen complete with accessories, fridge, oven, hob, sink and crockery and linen. The house has a large terrace with a mountain view. Washing machine, wi-fi and two televisions. At the foot of Monte Amiata, famous for its chestnut and beech woods and hot and cold spring waters. At the summit, just 15 minutes' drive away, you will find ski equipment and slopes, trekking routes, mountain bike trails, and an adventure park with tree trails for children and adults. We are half an hour's drive from VAL D'ORCIA, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Half an hour from the ski slopes of Monte Amiata and less than an hour's drive from the Maremma coast and art cities such as Arezzo, Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza ,Massa marittima Pitigliano, and Castiglione d'Orcia. For lovers of relaxation, the spas of Bagno Vignoni, Saturnia, San Filippo and Petriolo are less than an hour's drive from the flat.
