"I loved my stay here. It was only one night but I was impressed with how helpful the hotel staff is and how hard they try. I laughed out loud reading a review from someone saying they try too hard. The hotel room was spotless and the common areas are very charming I did get a room with no view as it’s in the old town and very close to other buildings but to me that’s part of the charm of staying in a building that is so old. I’ll definitely be back! "

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any request, the breakfast and dinner buffets had plenty of fresh and diverse options. "The place is walkable to major tourist attraction especially the Verona arena, clean, cozy, welcoming place. My only concern is the lift of the apartment was not fixed on our last day when we used the stairs to bring down our luggage’s and my mom who has difficulty going up and down the stairs but if you don’t have a lot of luggage’s and a must to have lift for transport then this place is perfect to stay. If the lift was fixed I will rate is place for 5/5."
