"Nice hotel but located far away from the central and historical areas and sights in Cuenca. There is not much public transportation in this area. It would be okay to stay here if you had a car."

"They had an event during our stay, which led to waiting in the parking lot for an hour to find parking. Pool was closed. Shower head broken. Place is very peaceful and serene. Very clean and staff helpful. Close to being an excellent hotel, just need to tie up some loose ends. "

"Family room very spacious and comfortable with small bathroom but adequate for short stay. Clean and well decorated, plenty of parking free in the village. Restaurant missing a proper kids menu which was a shame as the family room will attract families and the restaurant is not kid friendly and a bit over priced."

"Excellent comfortable quiet and clean room giving on to inner patio. Very convenient location close to medieval quarter except for no parking readily available nearby except expensive private car park. "

"A few miles outside Cuenca, this was a surprise on the plus side for us as it is in a secluded area with grapevines in front and lots of mature trees Super private. "It is a very beautiful old property, which is why it needs continuous maintenance. They should have adequate staff to receive clients, we were waiting 30 minutes at the reception, there was no one. At least the bar across the street was open and the wait became shorter. After calling the phone number indicated, a very nice girl arrived and came to greet us, who told us that she was on her day off. If I would return to the place, it is a nice place but I would make sure I knew that someone would be at the reception for the next time."
