"This is not an hotel or a Bed and Breakfast but a working farm (vineyard and olive groves) with a beautiful guesthouse with comfortable basic bedrooms. The dinners are family style for each room/group and there is only one menu per evening. The dinners were delicious and the wine was very good. There were activities you could sign up for as well. But the greatest part of the property is the views of the vineyards, olive groves, and the Tuscan countryside. Absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful....

"Property is beautiful! Actually picture perfect, with a good breakfast, and great value for the price . The best part is your staying on a winery and you can even smell the grapes fermenting. "This was an absolute highlight of our trip. The castle is beautiful and incredibly well kept. The generous welcome box of essentials was a lovely surprise, as was the delicious bottle of wine. "A relaxing place to stay! The grounds were beautiful and staff was great. I would say that having a car is important if you plan on using this as your home base to explore Tuscany. "Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically. Interesting but annoying when people would come check it out or tap on our house (happened a couple times). It was kinda funny but always awkward. We had a bed, closet, mini fridge, and bathroom. They had a shuttle to take you partially into town or you could walk to Firenze Rovezzano (train station)....
