"It is actually a beautiful trip It’s a beautiful city and the Parador. It is located in a beautiful where you have a fantastic view of the city we were given handicap Rome that appears to be quite small and there was now shower curtains, so there was water all over I should have decline that room and get a regular room. I think that they should have a coffee pot in the room where you can heat up your own coffee"

"This hotel has the absolutely best location, half-way between the Acueducto and the Alcazar, on the main street for all the Segovia Old Town hotspots. It was a bit noisy at night, and the walls seemed pretty thin -- those were the only downsides though. Service was great, check-in and check-out were extremely easy, breakfast buffet was good, and I'd definitely do this same place again if we ever go back to Segovia. "Historic converted 15th century convent situated a comfortable walking distance from the centre of Segovia old town. Easy to find from the motorway and paid parking was a bonus and right outside of the main building. Lovely welcome from the reception staff and the public areas are well presented and comfortable. "I adored this place! From the moment you pull up, you know it's special. The lobby is great, rooms beautiful, views gorgeous. The downstairs bar and seating areas scattered on other floors give you ample options to relax outside of your room. It's a very easy walk to the aqueduct and fabulous restaurants like Jose Maria. "Reserved an economy room. The window only looked upon a ventilation shaft. And the room smelled a bit musty. For €10 more I switch to a room with a view and it was a whole lot better. I recommend an economy room with a view. It is worth the little bit more. "

"The breakfast was good value, and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was a bit crowded with one chair, yet we would have liked having use of a second chair. Appreciated the little fridge. Most disappointing was lack of notice that the workout gym would be closed. I checked the hotel's website before we arrived and nothing was said about the gym's closure. "

"Hotel is walkable from bus stop, centrally located and near to the famous aqueduct and other tourist sights. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. The room is spacious, air-conditioning okay. The only downside is there is no soundproofing in that we can literally hear people talking and footsteps coming up or down the stairs & passing by our room. If we were not tired that day, we would have had interrupted sleep due to the outside noise."

"I do not think I have ever had such awful and rude service in my life! Check-in ends SUPER early (8:30 pm) such a very inconvenience if you are coming from the Madrid train station very late at night. Apart from being more than 1 hour away from what it feels civilization is, rides can be costly (almost 100€). Very hard to get around this little town because it feels isolated from other places. If you are looking just to get away in the mountains in a peaceful, quiet place I would recommend it....

"Cheapest most uncomfortable pillows. No bath mat. Dangerous shower configuration. WAs occasionally noisy with limited noise suppression. Great breakfast but staff were not replacing buffet items. Scrambled eggs gone. Too warm room. Great location. Kind staff. "

"While the address and some of the photos on the listing doesn't match the correct property (it's for another one in a village nearby), we knew this ahead of time so had no issues. I'd definitely recommend going for the top floor rooms, as they're larger in size and have a nice view out to the street. Breakfast was included and contains half a croissant, slice of toast, a small cake and 1.5 muffins per person along with juice and tea/coffee."

"The location was excellent for an easy walk into old Segova..i came before peak tourism so the outdoor pool was not yet open..not a problem..staff was extremely friendly and helpful..breakfast buffet was excellent! I would stay here again if ever back to Segovia!"

"La casa es muy bonita y está muy bien equipada. La comunicación con el propietario excelente. No entendimos muy bien el anuncio y descubrimos una casa con 4 casas dentro…que no fué un problema en absoluto pero si que está llena de escaleras y eso era un peligro añadido para los niños con el que no contábamos pero no era de gravedad. Si tenemos que poner algún pero diría que entre las casa se oía todo. Si vais en grupo no hay problema pero quizás con extraños es un poco más incómodo. La casa...

"Hemos ido un grupo de amigos y hemos disfrutado mucho de la casa. Está bien ubicada y contaba con muchas cosas indispensables que en otros alojamientos hay que comprar (bollería, papel higiénico, leche, sal, aceite...). Los dueños de la casa nos trataron muy bien en el check-in. Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido que la casa tenga dos cocinas y la piscina climatizada que nos ha dado mucho juego. También destacamos la comodidad de las camas y los tres baños (éramos 13 por lo que nos vino genial)....

"This is an excellent apartment for rent in Sepúlveda. The owner Christina is very helpful and helped us get acquainted with the area sites, restaurants and shops. She owns a bakery/deli next door to the main hotel that is a must stop for breakfast or after dinner snacks. I would strongly recommend this hotel. "

Disappointing!

"Appearance outside of drab colours, needs renovation, tired looking. Inside beautifully shiny wooden steep spiral stairs with option of stair lift. Room had no carpet. Looked old and tired. Unsafe looking legs on the bed! Room was cold, took 4 hours to heat radiator, NO hot water in very small shower room. No restaurant, just bar food. Expensive, considering the lack of facilities!! Glad to leave! Would not recommend!! "
