"Anytime staying in storico area you will have cobblestones, steps and hills. But the old city was beautiful and had lots of restaurants. Apartment fully equipped and spacious. Host was vey helpful and communicative. WiFi was somewhat problematic but we managed with a personal MiFi and host even cut us a small refund for inconvenience. Highly recommend! "

"We had a wonderful stay in Federica’s home. The property is very spacious and is in a stunning, peaceful rural setting nestled amongst the olive groves / vineyards nr Riparbella. Check in was very easy and Federica was always at the end of the phone for any questions we had. The pool was delightful and a welcome antidote to the July heat! We were travelling with our 7 month old baby and Federica provided a lovely cot for him. The kitchen was very well equipped and we made good use of the BBQ on several occasions. We feel very relaxed after spending a week in this villa and would happily return."

"The air conditioning was very poor, the room was like a sauna, we had to get up at 2am and open the door as it was too hot to sleep. No window in the room to let air in. The rest of the property was fantastic, the restaurant food excellent too."

"The house is beautiful, with everything you need to have a great time with friends and/or family. You will find a spot to work or read while everybody else spends time in the outside patio or the pool. The house is immersed in a beautiful olive grove but close enough to walk to the center of Montescudaio where you will find a couple of restaurants, a grocery store, a pharmacy and a bank. Easy access to trails and paved roads where you can enjoy beautiful nature walks. Finally, this location is perfect for day trips to Volterra, Siena, Pisa, Florence and the coast. The owner was very nice and worked every day to keep the property beautiful. Easy check in and check out."
