The furnishings were up to date. And the drive to Liberty was scenic and you could see the slopes for a lot of the drive which was nice. "

"Everything was great, we stayed for a total of 12 hours after skiing at Liberty Mountain. Very convenient and practical location right by downtown Gettysburg and a bunch of shops and restaurants. Only thing we didn't love was the shower making a noise when we got in (it was fine the next day) and no one at the desk for check out (had to wait about 10 minutes)"

"We had an awesome experience staying at the Inn at Cemetery Hill. The staff were amazing, engaging, friendly, and helpful. Excellent value for your money. Majority of Civil War historical sites were within walking distance. Now I know why they call this the "sweet spot". "

"So my wife gifted me for my birthday at weekend at Gettysburg. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites at Gettysburg. This hotel is located right next to some Outlet stores. There is ample free parking. Checking in was very simple. I checked in in the evening and the front desk staff was very friendly. She told me where to park in order to get to my room easier. She reminded me that there was coffee and if it did not taste fresh that she would make me a fresh pot. Our room was a suite with a King Bed. The room was very spacious with a computer desk, lounge sofa, microwave and fridge. Bathroom was spacious with large walk in shower. Hotel had full hot breakfast in the morning with very attentive staff. My only complaint, and it is not anything major is that the television in the room is quite small for the size of the room. Other than that, I will definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are in Gettysburg. The Hotel is close to the center of town and to all historic visiting areas."
