"This house is so cozy as it states! Very clean and updated decor! Rooms have all been remodeled. The host was very easy to communicate with & responds quickly.Very close to Siesta Key beach. Delicious fish restaurant and Trader Joe’s within walking distance. Will go back again if we are in the area."

"The property was very roomy and had everything we needed. There there is someone that lives on the property but he does not face the property and does not come around. Just know that if you are a skinny Dipper the pool guy shows up unannounced. We enjoyed the place and would stay there again. It's about a 10-minute drive to Siesta Key Beach in 20 minutes drive to Lido beach. Restaurants are not far but you do need to drive as this is in a residential neighborhood. It was very quiet there."

"We had a group of 9 friends staying here and had a great time. Plenty of room for everyone and having a bathroom per bedroom was a plus. The convenience of the beach was great and the pool was central to a lot of our time together. As others have noted, the construction next door was ongoing but we tuned it out after a bit - they seemed to work 7a-3p daily. There were more/better accommodations than expected based on the description - they supplied all the towels (including beach towels),...
